These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PetCare (the "Service"), operated by PetCare Inc. ("PetCare," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What PetCare is

PetCare is an organization and reminder tool that helps you track your pets' appointments, medications, grooming, food, weight, and expenses. PetCare is not a medical service and does not provide veterinary advice, diagnoses, or emergency services. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• PetCare offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, billed monthly or yearly through PayPal.
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings; you'll retain Pro access through the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access another user's data, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you add about your pets. You grant PetCare a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." PetCare does not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time or without error, and is not liable for missed reminders. PetCare is not a substitute for professional veterinary care.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
